Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation on television. In the year 1976, De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. Within a short time she left Ohio to move to Texas and completed her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas for a brief period prior to moving in Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of acting roles, including local independent movies and commercials. Despite small roles, she soon discovered her love in acting. Following her move into New York, in 2001 she landed her first acting role for the television show All My Children. Through the first half of 2000 she had small parts in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major series appearance was the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role was on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was a part of 85 episodes. Following a brief time, her character moved into Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been recognized several times for her performance as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards. The actress was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her exceptional performance in a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a regular role on CSI Miami a short time later. The role was Marisol Delko as the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In the NBC's dramatic, dark drama Do No Harm she played the role as the character Dr. Lena Solis. The show was later cancelled by NBC following only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger brother Cory is 10 years older than her. Her family was conservative and religious one. Milano was seven years older when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. She was one of the four girls selected from among thousands of hopefuls. Milano appeared in advertisements both on Broadway and television and in the American musical adaptation that portrayed Jane Eyre.
